The abdominal and other core muscles must work constantly to maintain balance. The class is designed as a mixed level class. Preregistration is required and space is limited. $20 or may use class package.

Evening Yin Yoga Pop Up
Mon, Dec 23
7:00 – 8:15 pm
Yin yoga is a quiet, passive practice holding seated and reclined poses from 3 to 5 minutes. Randi Weiss, ERYT 500 & meditation instructor, will mindfully guide you through these holds which allow connective tissue to soften and lengthen.
This is a great compliment to the yang of an active vinyasa (flow) style class as well as lift the stress of the day and prepare for a good night’s sleep.
