Join Mary Lou Bean E-RYT200, 500RYT, YACEP for this in person workshop. Fall is upon us and seasonal changes offer an opportunity to reconnect, reset and refresh in a gentle practice based on the energy centers. Practice will move through the properties of the seven main Chakras, energy centers, with an emphasis on finding balance. This workshop is available to all levels, as well as CE credits for instructors. This in person class size limited to 12 participants. $30

Yoga For the Pelvic Floor Online Series
Tuesdays 2:00 – 3:15 pm, October 5 – November 9
Yoga for the Pelvic Floor is a six-week online series taught by Sandy Axelson, RYT 500, focusing on yoga poses and sequences aimed at identifying, relaxing and strengthening the muscles of the pelvic floor. The pelvic floor is the base of the group of muscles referred to as your ‘core’. The series will build upon itself during the 6 weeks which is open to anyone who wants to learn more about the pelvic floor muscles and the muscles that support the pelvic floor. During the weekly series, participants will participate in a sustainable yoga practice that is gentle, yet powerful in working with the pelvic floor muscles to locate, increase awareness, relax, and strengthen the pelvic floor. Classes will close with a guided relaxation.
This series offers a safe, informative, beneficial yoga program for the pelvic floor presented live via zoom. $110 includes 6-week series and Roll for Control ball mailed to participants.
