Join Yoga Therapist Kim Leibowitz for a mind-body exploration into becoming your best self. Learn the tools to help you age gracefully, feel your best and keep moving. These confining times have made it extremely challenging to stay fit and feel good. Using the Tibetan Rites exercises as the cornerstone, the intensive will offer simple movement and lifestyle practices to keep you going and feeling younger than ever, at any age and any stage of your wellness journey.
